Refund policy

At Carry Fire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

    • Please contact us at info@carryfire.com to request an RMA number.
    • We will send you a return label

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of receiving your order at info@carryfire.com. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly at no cost to you.
